This apartment is in a great location close to all amenities. The service provided by the host, Mariluz, is fantastic and they couldn't do enough for us. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and the apartment is quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The apartment also has a well-furnished patio, perfect for enjoying the weather. We were grateful for the extra touches, such as the supplies for cooking and cleaning. a perfect place to base yourself for sightseeing and enjoying the beach.

The apartment is on the ground floor, so it may be a bit dark and lack natural light.

We had a wonderful short stay in a beautifully organized and comfortable apartment. The host went out of her way to make us feel welcome and provided us with all the information we needed to explore the area. The apartment itself was newly decorated and had everything we needed, including dog bowls for our furry companion. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic neighborhood with easy access to the beach and other attractions. We highly recommend staying here, it truly is a gem!

We had an incredible stay at El Rincon Del Tio De La Tiza in the heart of the historic la Viña neighborhood. Mariluz, our host, was the best help ever! She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us find parking and brought us to the apartment with our large van and dogs. the spacious apartment had everything we needed, and Mariluz provided all the little extras that made our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect, just a few minutes from the beautiful Caleta Beach and within walking distance of many attractions, markets, and restaurants. We are so grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this apartment!

The location of this place is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city center and close to all the must-visit attractions. The facilities in the apartment are excellent, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. But the standout aspect of our experience was the amazing service from Mariluz, our host. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time, even leaving special touches like heart shaped balloons for us. We couldn't recommend this place enough, it truly exceeded our expectations and made our trip unforgettable!
